"These folks are great"

These folks are great! I will be doing business with them again. Unfortunately I had to return both of my recent purchases. My first order I inadvertently got the wrong part. With out hassle or confusion they allowed me to exchange it for what I "thought" was the correct part...turns out there were programing changes at my model year, so that part didn't work either. Again with out argument they let me return it for a refund (minus shipping) because what I did need was not available.

PART WAS ADVERTISED AS 'NEW'. WE PLUGGED IN THE SAM AND FOUND ANOTHER UNITS VIN ALREADY PROGRAMMED INTO THE UNIT (DEFINITELY NOT NEW) AND ALSO THERE WERE (2) FAULT CODES WITH THE UNIT. SO THE UNIT IS DEFECTIVE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. THIS WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE. ORDEREING PROCESS WAS SMOOTH.

Great communication from the time I placed the order until it arrived. Put more than a 1,000 miles on since installed and no issue with the part. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
