No matter how tough the topic I'm bringing to the coaching session is, I feel safe doing so because of how Ronda is able to hold space for me to work through my feelings, questions, realizations and roadblocks. She crafts her questions in a way that helps me bring to light things that I don't realize or link together. And while she asks them in a gentle way, patient way, her questions can also be very direct when necessary.
The overarching feelings you get when in a coaching session with Ronda is that she cares about you, believes in you and your abilities to reach your goals / evolve into who you know deep down you're meant to become. I could not be more confident in telling you that, while making the leap to work on yourself or a project you care about can be scary, Ronda is the coach you need to feel understood, challenged and most of all safe.
