A disappointing experience with this dental care service.
Back in 2022 they had been very quick to sign me up as a new patient and offer an emergency appointment on the same day. £120 a couple of x-rays and prescription for antibiotics.
The female doctor who saw me was pushing for care treatments which were not my priority at that time, all I wanted was the pain gone. Also, they don't do any filling/ root canal etc in the clinic, you have to drive around like a headless chicken to surrounding towns, where they "collaborate" with other doctors.
Had been very pushy to make me to get a dental care plan, I said I would think about it, and good thing I didn't get it. Since April 2022 I haven't been able to book any emergency appointment with them, despite calling and the explaining I was having issues nd pains.
Guess that's the proof I dodged a bullet not paying for a dental care plan, what's the point in paying a ridiculous amount for a couple of visits per year where I would get a check-up, if you are not able to fulfil your DUTY OF CARE towards patients registered with you? I guess losing my tooth after an accident was the emergency only for me, the money making machine on Alexandra Road are interested in doing as little as possible and getting paid as much as possible.

Worst dental service received, lack of consideration for ttc people, toxic materials used, poor quality, pressuring to undergo certain treatments. Waste of time and refund pending but not sorted out although more than 1 month has passed. Currently not answering to any emails. A dangerous place to be avoided!
