When they came to fit they were very professional. Took outside footwear off and cleaned and hovered up after themselves. They left me a couple of bags of rubbish only.
Would highly recommend

First and foremost the shutters have upgraded our house to something completely different to the council house we had. Friends and neighbours are commenting and wanting to know who installed the shutters for us. We were a bit circumspect with the time frame from quote to installation but boy, did they do a wonderful job when it came to it and it was definitely worth the wait. The professionalism of the staff throughout was just exemplary. The installers were polite and clean and left a very clean workspace. I can't think of enough superlatives for the service we got. Great service - the chap who came to measure was very knowledgeable.
The fitter was superb- insisted on taking off his shoes! Cleaned up once he finished.
Great job all round would happily recommend….. in fact I will be using Absolute again for two more windows.

Initially over the moon with my shutters , 12 month later after paying over 3k for the shutters cracks appeared in the frames.
The initial response was quick advise this was due to moisture and not covered within the 5 yr warranty, I replied advising I wasn’t happy with this as there’s no moisture , after sending 2 messages still had no response .

Rubbish. Made s bog show of professionalism when booking appointment and nobody turned up. Phones not answered. Took the morning off for nothing.
