2nd visit today for tattoo removal with Joanna, receptionists made me feel welcome and were helpful, Joanna was on time and had a talk with me before she started the treatment explaining what was going to happen and the after care, I was given a ice pack to cool my skin before she began zapping the ink away, not the best but its only 10-15 minutes so not long, got a 8 week break now before my next treatment to let my skin repair before more zapping!

I always enjoy my visits to Beautology, mainly because I spend the whole appointment laughing and chatting with Sol. She's so friendly but also extremely professional and knowledgeable. I feel very safe in her hands. Cannot recommend enough.
