"Issue with multiple device orders...."

I’m going to keep my personal bias out of this, since my star rating says it all. Here are the facts as I know them:

I sent a total of 9 devices to Gizmogo on the same day. 6 days later, I received payment for 2 of them. After waiting 2 days longer, I contacted them through their “feedback” option on their “contact us” page as that was the only direct way I could find to contact them on their website at that time. I heard nothing back from them for another 2 days. So, I did a google search for them, and found their phone number. Upon calling them, and inquiring about my 7 remaining unpaid devices, I was told that there was an issue with the Post Office, and that they hadn’t been delivered yet. I was told not to worry, that they would be delivered soon. (I was surprised at this, since Post Office tracking showed that all packages had been delivered the same day.) So I waited for another week, and heard nothing, and received no more money. I began to get a bit upset, and as I read articles about the company online, I finally found an email address for a company representative - not in a useful place on their own website - but in an article that had been written about them. I then wrote a stern email asking for explanations. To their credit, I immediately received a response stating that the Post Office had held my packages because they believed the shipping labels I printed out for each item were actually identical duplicates. I received payment for 6 of the remaining 7 devices that day, but one package was listed as “device not in described condition” it was a Google Pixel 3a that I had sent them, so I requested that they return it to me, since they adjusted their offer from $158 down to $30. I assumed it must have been cracked in shipment. However, when I received the package, they had returned a different cheaper device that I had also sent them, an LG V30 instead of the more expensive Pixel that they claimed to be returning! So, I ended up with a $128 net loss on the Pixel. If you send one device, you might be okay, but take caution when trying to send several devices at once....
