"Unwilling to support their product"

The product was beautiful, and felt very comfortable to the touch, though it took a long time to arrive. In addition, I normally wear a 2XL, but to be safe I ordered my hoodie as a 3XL, and what I received was STILL way too small. I estimate that I would have needed at least a 4, if not a 5XL, based on how they were doing their sizes.

I contacted their support department and received a response that was unsatisfactory. Below is the response that I received:

“Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

We hope you understand that it is such a dilemma for us to accept your request for a return for a full refund for your order as the items are neither wrong nor damaged in this case.

We understand that you are willing to return the order, however, due to the costly shipping fee and time-consuming procedure, that solution is definitely an impractical one.

Considering your position again, we are happy to offer you a 30% discount voucher for your next purchase of any items at our store. This is the best offer we could provide you in this case. It would be nice of you to give away the Small item and kindly accept our offer so that we could resolve this issue together as soon as possible.

My deepest apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you. Please consider our offer and confirm your acceptance soon so that we can resolve this issue promptly.”

Hopefully this post will reach people while they still have the opportunity to cancel their orders and before they get taken by this company. I am certainly disappointed that they felt that an appropriate remediation was to get me to spend more of my money, albeit at a discount, the same discount they are offering to repeat customers anyways.

"I purchased a hoodie"

I purchased a hoodie. The graphics look good in the pictures. But the quality and customer service are bad. First off it took quite a long time, with no communication from them before I received the hoodie. The hoodie itself is made of very thin material. Definitely not for cool weather. It actually fit in a gallon ziploc size type bag (and it was XXL). The pockets were so small I could not get my hands in them. And the zipper was backwards. After contacting them, and sending pictures at their request, I was eventually told no refund or corrective action for my hoodie. They did inform me they would contact their manufacturer so that "male" zippers would be in future products. Then offered my a 20% discount on my future orders. Obviously not going to waste anymore money there. And not recommending to anyone else.

"We ordered Army hoodie and a ball cap"

We ordered hoodie and a ball cap , $119 dollars taken off our credit card ordered on December 19 th. 2022 , size 2xl Army hoodie and still haven't gotten it , but money was taken out that day for those two items , very bad business in the way you're treating US. Veterans on our orders , We pay you the money for the items that we order , but yet we have to wait so long to get them , or we don't get them at all from you , that's thievery , Just because you r business is in London UK doesn't mean that you can get away with it , you will get caught , So please send me what I paid for on my Hoodie and Ball Cap that I ordered from your business , So here it is February 3rd 2023 and I still haven't receive my order from you !

"I ordered a large $56.98 jacket"

I ordered a large $56.98 jacket. It took 22 days to get here. I sent a email saying it was too small. They refused to exchange it. I reordered a 2XL. They took out for 2 jackets. Now I have 3 jackets. I sent 3 emails and haven’t got any response. I’m not at all happy with this company. Why can’t Facebook check these companies so we know if they are scams. I will never order anything on Facebook again.

Well I started a dispute on my credit card because of the long wait.
I finally received my sweat hoodie & my hat.
It is really cheaply made. Since I live in Florida and I don't want to go through the hassle of trying this outfit to do anything...regretfully...I'll'll keep the purchase. An improvement would be to use thicker material and add elastic cuffs and elastic Hoodie bottom. It is slightly on the big and loose side.

"Ordered a 3X hoodie for my husband"

Ordered a 3X hoodie for my husband. $59.98. It is very thin for the money. He liked it anyway. It runs way too small. I contacted the company to exchange for a larger size, which it states on the site as an option. They refused to do it. So, money down the drain. Do not order from this company.

"Buyers Beware of proudvet365!! SCAM!!!"

I spent $63 on a military hoodie. Not only did it arrive well after Christmas, but it is super thin and very cheaply made. I requested a refund twice in writing, and the company is not replying to me. It's a shame ProudVet365 cannot provide a quality product, especially when they are charging so much for each hoodie. Do not buy from this company-they are nothing more than scam artists.

Received the hoodie and hat I ordered as a Christmas gift and I am truly disappointed. The fabric dulls the print and color. The hat is the same fabric as the hoodie, why? I cannot bring myself to give this to my husband for Christmas. Description says actual product may vary from picture shown. That is quite the understatement.

"You said you would update my order and you didn't."

When I ordered, I ordered an XL. When I placed the order it changed to S. Immediately emailed support and explained the situation and they said they would take care of it. Received the hoodie and it was a small. Asked for a return and was told that you bought it and we'll give you a 35% coupon for a future purchase. I will not be making a future purchase with this company.

"I would give 0 stars if I could"

I would give 0 stars if I could. Could NEVER get a response from any of their numbers or emails. I received a kid sized hat and the wrong size AND wrong military branch zipper hoodie. $80 down the drain. It’s a scam and I am beyond upset. They are selling items representing the men and women who proudly served in our military and then ripping people off with it!
