"A very high quality product"

This mace is clearly a very high quality product. Over-engineered for longevity. The powder coating is very high quality. Everything about it is quality. Compared to buying individual fixed weight maces, buying an adjustable mace seems like a no brainer. It saves a lot of money. Adjustable kettlebells never really caught on, and for good reason, they weren't very good. But an adjustable mace seems like a great idea, and this product is excellent. Highly recommended. Great customer service and communication too. This is how it should be.

I spoke with the seller before my purchase and they were very kind to listen to my circumstances and advise me on which version of their product would suit me best. The mace arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. I got the challenger model. Even at the lowest weight setting with a single 3lb plate, this mace has a respectable weight and requires good upper body strength to handle. There is also a noticeable heft to the handle, which is more prominent when staring out and using a single weight plate, due to the thickness of it for this model.This adds an additional level of challenge to handling the mace, so consider this when choosing between the thicker and slimmer models. Learning good technique is paramount so I'll be spending some time at the lowest weight setting practicing proper body movement. One should definitely learn how to handle the mace correctly before doing their first 360. I am getting a good workout practicing a simple pendulum movement behind my back. I am happy I got this mace, as I generally prefer practicing in a way that engages the body more fully than weight lifting and there are many possibilities that this single piece of equipment offers. At the time of writing this is one of only 2 adjustable mace models available in Europe, so I must commend the seller for bringing it to market and giving is choice.

P.S I think Paul Wolkowinski is a good teacher and I can't stress enough how important I think it is to learn how to handle an object this heavy correctly.
