"Phone sex with a scammer!"
These idiots keep calling me, even after I've told them repeatedly to quit calling. They say I have a computer virus that they've detected and they want remote access to my computer to fix it. Then they will want to charge me money to fix it.
These basturds are stupid! They think I'm stupid and want to take advantage of me. But, I won't let them rip me off.
I told them on the phone that I no longer have Microsoft on my computer, I uninstalled that and replaced it with Apple.
The lady who called didn't take the hint and she didn't hang up. She still tried to rip me off with some bullsh*t support.
So, I just had some fun with her dumb a$$. I said, "You know baby, you have a cute voice. Let's have phone sex!"
She said, "What?"
I said, "Let's have phone sex!"
She ignored my comment and went on trying to scam me.
So I said, "Oh, oh oh oh baby!"
Now she said, Well, have you taken your Viagra?"
I said,"Yes, I took two of them."
She says, "I don't want to have sex with someone who takes Viagra. Let me put me on with my Supervisor"
She put me on hold for about 10 seconds then came back to the phone herself.
I said, "Let's get it on baby!"
Then, I got bored with it and just said, "You're a @#$king scammer beeotch!: Quit calling me!"
Then I hung up the phone.

"These guys are utter crooks"
These guys are utter crooks. I am convinced that they created a fake URL for people looking to backup their android phone. Once you click on it, the link takes you somewhere that locks up your computer. Then you conveniently get a pop-up for 'computer repair' and it leads you to one of 3 options. All 3 are basically the same people!
They gave me a bunch of nonsense such as that I had a virus "in my WiFi" which I knew was complete b.s. Then they wanted $500 for 'system protection' which is nothing more than the crappiest anti-virus on the market. I have reported them to the attorney general's office for online fraud, so let's see what happens. I hope they go to jail.

"They called me and told me they owed me …"
They called me and told me they owed me $300 and wanted to put the monies back in my bank acount. They took control of my PC but I watched them. They actually told me they would deposit the $300 into my bank account but weren't sure due to certain governmental stipulations, if the monies would be more than and/or less than $300 and/or the correct amount. I logged our as instructed to and when I went back in, they had deposited $2,000 into my account. Then when I asked him how I would get the monies back to them, they told me to go to a Bet Buy, Walmart, and/or any other grocery store and get 17@$100 for the excess over and above the $300 in I-tune cards and then get the number off the back of them and call him and give him the numbers. I told him I was heading to Dallas immediately and that I would be able to contact him for three hours. He told me he knew how trustworthy I was and knew I'd call him. I was stupid to do what I did, and of course, he asked me to leave my PC on so they could do some maintenance. I immediately shut off my PC and turned it on and went to my Control Panel and look for a program that was installed the very same day and had it uninstalled. Then I went into my bank account and the extra $2,000 was gone from my account and that told me he was defrauding me. So watch out for this company.
They are called Right Help Desk.

"Untrustworthy!"
This company misled me, just like others have reported. I fell for it when my computer started telling me that I had a virus and I must call a certain number on my screen. It implied that they were with Microsoft. I called and they remotely took over my laptop and showed me a bunch of things they said were abnormal and proof that I'd been hacked. They then "fixed" the problem and charged me $250. I asked them to show me one of the abnormal findings they had showed before, so that I could see that it was no longer abnormal... it was a number they had said was too low, and I wanted to see what the number would be now that it was "fixed", They had no idea what I was talking about, and they wouldn't show me any of the indicators they had based their assessment on, after it was "fixed". I realized after I paid that I had probably been taken advantage of. My husband got home from work and he went in and removed a bunch of stuff they had programmed in. I called my bank, and they helped me get a refund, but RHD put up a good fight. I ended up getting a new laptop and not using that one. I've tried to boot it up several times and it keeps crashing. I don't know if that's due to anything they did, but it's suspicious. Now, a year later, they still call me as if I'm a customer, even though I've told them they I no longer use their services. DON'T fall for their tactics, they are not straightforward! You CAN safely unplug and turn off your computer if you get that warning! DO IT, and don't call them.

"Scammers"
The people at Right Help Desk are scammers; they prey apon people with little to no tech knowledge. The trick people like my grandfather to call them and allow them to remote control his pc. Then they show him things that are perfectly normal with a windows computer. Then they charge $260- $600 to keep it "protected" for 2 years. This "protection" takes away their administrative privileges on their computer and installs malware. After payment my grandmother called their tech guy and he helped clean up their computer and get a refund. If you ever get a screen IN A BROWSER telling you you have a virus click that little red x and run a trusted anti-malware software. Please more people lower this rating so more people can not just look at the main (7.5 star as I am writing this) and give these slimy people their hard earned cash.

"FEAR MONGERS"
Fool me once - shame on them-
Fool me twice - shame on me.
Very pushy scam job - cost me 570 bucks to' protect' me for 2 years, and before the time was over they tried to tell me I had the same 'Trojan horse' again, and IP unprotected. That's what I paid them for to begin with, and they wanted tons more $$$$ to do it again. They pose as protection and are the same ones conning you with fear tactics and insistence - DON'T FALL FOR IT. We had our company tech guy check it out and we had NO such security issues~~ beware!

"Beware"
Virus hit my company issued computer. I followed the instructions on the screen which led me to Right Help Desk. They bounced around my computer and kept asking me if I could give them authorization to make changes which I could not. My company is the system administrator. I realized during the process that my desktop was locked down by my company so assistance Right Help Desk wanted to conduct was not possible. Right Help Desk charged me $499 for their efforts. Beware! Once Right Help Desk realized that my computer was company issued and locked down they should have advised me to contact my company, but they wanted to secure my dollars and that interest out weighed the ethical thing to do.

"RHD Fixed My Pop Up problem and saved my Important Data"
I would like to say how impressed I was with all 3 Agents I dealt with at Right Help Tech Support. I don’t think I have ever experienced such patience and courtesy, especially as I am a non-technical person. It was quite exceptional and I will be recommending the organization whenever the opportunity arises.I don't think your level of customer service is available anywhere anymore. It was absolutely wonderful and one of the best experiences I have had for a very long time. Thank you so much - I appreciated that all my technicians spoke very good English - just like the good old days.I'm not a computer expert, the agent explained everything so plan that I was able to relate to everything without being confused, the agent was very professional and knowledgeable of my situation, I am very pleased, thank you.
