My organization and I had specific needs for our new fitness center, and I found a product line with Busch that worked perfectly. I connected with Sarah, who was great from the start and even more so as a few products were damaged during shipping. We were not charged for the damaged items, and they were replaced as soon as possible. I'll share that there were concerns at the beginning about the elevated costs, but sometimes that happens. It wasn't enough for me to reduce from 5 stars.

Our Sales Team Manager, Michelle Dunn, provides excellent service, and when traveling coordinates any team response necessary for our needs. Currently we are working on a new project outside of our Field House and Busch Systems is working on providing us a designed model to meet the unique waste problems that the College is faced with.
