A good broker service but need a better way of handling their fees.

As with a previous review I instructed to proceed and paid my £300 deposit. I was then told that the price would be £180 more ( they claimed due to my error). They then said they could not refund my deposit immediately and I would have to wait. When I tried to explain that this was unacceptable I was told to "Shut up talking and they hung up". It also took 3 emails before they responded and on 3 occasions I had calls that were not returned.
Use this company at your own risk, I would not recommend them to anyone and they are the most unprofessional people I have dealt with

Got the pick of four solicitors. The fees were slightly different but not massively so and I picked a law firm who's reviews I liked. It's all gone well so far.

The firm referred me to another firm to provide the service and charged me an instruction cost. However, the referred firm could not complete the service and refunded me full amount except the instruction cost which I was told should be recovered from Legal Brokers. Countless of emails and phone calls since Feb till now but no replies/answers from them.
