Just what I was looking for and at a great price too! Made to order but only waited 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery arranged super quick and able to check condition on arrival to ensure we were happy with it, which we were! Looks lovely and excellent quality!

I will try and be as unbiased as I can despite the result. We searched the website and found a dressing table and stool, which my wife loved, the stool had a particular colour/design and she went out and bought matching curtains etc for the bedroom. Eventually it arrived and we unwrapped it and checked for damage, everything was apparently undamaged.

We had to clear the bedroom and a few days later we moved it up and found an odd problem, the picture showed the stool fitting neatly under the table with a good few inches to spare, however the one we had didn't fit under it at all, it was about half an inch to tall. This made it unsuitable as we dont have the room to store it.

After a back and forth via email during January, i got the impression that the problem might be sorted but I would have to wait 6 months, however later on i queried again when I saw the same item was being advertised on their website so I assumed it was back in stock but eventually found out that all their stock of that line had the same faulty stool.

To my mind the website should be amended as its false advertising now that they are aware of this issue and hopefully this will be addressed. They did offer a shorter stool but it was black and didn't match the original one, which was a deal breaker for us sadly as we had already spent more money on furnishings to match.

Why I gave 3 stars, their communication speed is excellent, very quick and seemingly at all hours and the product i received was nice with the exception of one flaw, being taller than advertised, which was a problem to us. On the downside they sometimes seem to misunderstand what you are asking for (it took me multiple emails to discover that they wouldn't be able to replace the stool as they didn't have any and would never get any.)

I dropped a star due to misleading adverts, in the picture the stool fits under the table, in reality it doesn't. Their stance was that they didn't know until I told them but as a retailer its their job to know what they are selling really isn't it? Also they seemed remarkably unconcerned as to why I cared that it was too tall as nobody else had complained?

I dropped another 2 stars due to being told that I could increase the tables height by adding adjustable feet!!!
Like I should pay £500 for a product and then have to make adjustments at my own expense to make it fit for purpose, really?

Final thoughts, i think that this company will be ok if the product happens to match what you wanted but if it doesn't then their aftersales leaves a lot to be desired. Why do I say this, the reason is that most decent companies fall over themselves offering either a full refund or a suitable replacement and make you feel as if its your fault for not liking a product that you didn't order.
EDIT: I cant post a link as its not allowed but if you search for the item listed below, you will see that it is still showing the stool as being shorter than it actually is. (I can provide pictures of the one I was sent if necessary).

Order of crushed diamond TV unit, delivery was good and convenient for us, it was brought in to the house and unboxed to make sure it wasn't damaged, all went well, we moved it into the room of our choice a little later on in the day, although the chap was offering to take it to the room of our choice on delivery but we had company for the day, I would recommend buying from this company, we purchased a whole drawer set for the bedroom about 18 months ago so this was our 2nd time of ordering lovely furniture
