The absolute BEST customer service and BEST travel pants ever. After Natalia, the owner, helped me exchange for the right size, I wore these pants comfortably from rainy Boston in April to equatorial Fiji: 7 hour flight, 5 hours in airport, 11 hour flight. In San Francisco, I changed my cotton jersey for a silk shirt and wore the pants to dinner - after an overnight on the plane. Are there any other pants that can do that?!

I brought my niece from overseas to Paddington Markets (on the last day of her stay in Sydney). There she fell in love with and purchased this beautiful and luxurious Aqua top. Later that night though, she realised the plastic bag contained a skirt instead of the top.
Luckily I managed to contact Natalia (near midnight) who was apologetic and agreed to do an exchange at the airport with my niece early in the morning. There was abit of a mixup of Airport terminals so the top could not be exchanged in person. My niece was on the way to Perth so Natalia arranged to post the top with a return envelope to a given address there. The top arrived successfully in time before she left Australia for home. I just want to express how impressed and amazed I am with the professionalism and time consuming effort taken by Natalia (and husband) to properly complete the sale and not disappoint. This is a long tale but I felt compelled to share this nice experience - Congratulations!
