Unfortunately after sending my S22 to Alex at Phone Bar it went missing courtesy of Royal Mail tracked 48 service. Maybe putting Phone Bar on the label didn’t help .As soon as driver picked up parcel from collection point it disappeared. Anyway, before that I was in contact with Alex who was extremely helpful and replied to my emails promptly, customer service was excellent and if ever I need a repair done I will not hesitate to use this company. Thanks Alex, top man.

I'm now on my 3rd screen replacement with these guys! I can't fault them. On my 2nd replacement which was a Samsung s23 ultra I'd only payed for front screen not realising the back was cracked too! As it lives in a case, and they kindly done the back for me for no extra charge. 👊💯

Excellent service, kept me informed all the way through the repair, extremely fast service, had the repaired item back to me within 4 days, amazing. Only one criticism is that I received no paperwork back with the item. I would have liked some form of receipt with a list of what was fixed

I had a Iphone 11 that had frozen during an update i had tried everything over several days to sort it but had no luck , i took it to these in the morning and with an hour or so it was fixed and i was able use it again 5* and they didn't charge the earth to do it
