I needed a new belt for an exercise bike, after putting in the correct model and details most places either didn't have it or tried to send me an alternative, the belt in question is a toothed V belt, most places I tried only seemed to have smooth ones stating they should fit and if they didn't to send them back for a refund, should isn't a very definite word and I wanted the correct one which I got from Belting Online and it came the next day.

I've use Beltingonline for belts for for 15 years for my 2 garden tractors that get a lot of hard use. Their belts outlast the genuine (Westwood and Wheelhorse) items and at a fraction of the cost.
When I did receive an incorrect item due to an incorrect cross reference on their website the matter was resolved very quickly and in a highly professional manner.
When I had a query they were so helpful, the way I used to deal with my customers.

I've used belting online for a number of years for belts for my (various) lawnmowers and they've always been really good. Prompt delivery, quality branded belts and keen prices.
Sadly on the last occasion they've not been helpful. Having ordered the part number quoted in the manufacturers parts list, the belts they sent me were too long. As far as I can ascertain this is not their fault - every other place I've looked online gives the same part number.
It would appear I have a machine that was from a batch built (I bought it new) with a non-standard belt. So I tried to contact them to see if there was any possibility of an exchange. I appreciate the answer might be no, but I thought as a long term customer a reply might be nice, but after two attempts I still have no reply.
I might as well shout out of the window at passing strangers.
So be warned - they're fine if nothing goes wrong, but customer service is non-existent if it does.

This company is so great! I live in Michigan USA and was surprised to discover there seemed to be no US based business that did online belt sales so I used Belting OnLine in the UK.
I ordered a non-standard width belt on SUNDAY and it was delivered to my Michigan home 3 days later on WEDNESDAY!

As I had the manual I was able to key in the official part number and they stocked it. The price and delivery was a fraction of official Garden Machinery websites. Belt was delivered next day.
