Where do we begin? Firstly, we were misinformed of the delivery date - we bought a £650 telephone booth drinks cabinet as a Christmas gift. Before we placed the order, we called up to confirm that it would be here by Christmas to which we were told yes and so we ordered the item. We called up mid-December and were told there was a delay and that we would not get the item until the new year.

When our item finally arrived there were so many problems! The packaging was damaged upon arrival, the colour is not the shade that we ordered and the doors and the frame of the cabinet are all scuffed and have dents in them! The paintwork is also horrendous, looks more like a £65 cabinet than a £650 cabinet! To make things worse, they hadn’t even sent us the correct fixings or instructions and so we had to chase these. Extremely poor quality/service. To top it all off, all that we have been offered with is a 10% partial refund and for them to actually send out the fixings that we’re missing in the first place! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

We bought a fully mirrored bedroom furniture set for our daughter, but unfortunately when we started building the furniture we found some damage to some parts. We called homes direct and they were amazing. They told us to prepare everything for collection, and they replaced the complete items. Absolutely delighted with their customer support. Other companies take note this is how a company should work with it's customers. We will definitely be using homes direct again in the future.
