I purchased and was sent a JE-60 juicer. that makes a grinding noise, the machine rocks so hard that it moves the entire machine so I had to stand there and hold it. I requested a return label 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive one. They don't adhere to their refund policy.

My husband purchased this Je -24 juicer on 03/9/2025. The chute rocks while juicing and products are stuck inside the bottom and can't come out. It's bend inside. I have called and email twice advising this is a defective juicer. No reply from anyone. They also charge an international fee which, you are not aware of until the transaction has been completed. ***I need my refund*** You only have a 30 day refund

"Okay for the money"
It's making a lot of noise and it feels like it's working too hard.
There is a lot of pulp and the juice needs to be restrained after so it's double the work.
But it does work and if you don't have money for a Nama I guess this would be an okay choice.

Not the very best experience with this juicer, which was a bit surprising based on the reviews. In the course of using this juicer I experienced:
Fruits not masticating well
Chute clogging issue
Leaking
And an overall loss of fruit
Reached out to Canoly, and the first response from them was not to make a hasty decision by returning. Unfortunately when I insisted I was granted a return which Canoly refused to cover, plus told about the restocking fee I'd get charged for what appears to be a defective item.
Since I'm now stuck with a $150 plus machine, my only recourse is to try to get my money back through my bank. I knew I should have just saved the extra 💰 and gone the Nama juicer route.

I was so excited to try my new cold press juicer! I'd been dreaming of fresh, healthy juices every morning. But on the very first use, disaster struck. The moment I fed the produce into the juicer, a terrifying cracking sound echoed through the kitchen. I could see the machine struggling, the plastic parts visibly straining and breaking apart. The once-promising juicer was now a source of anxiety and disappointment. Not only was my juice ruined, but I was now facing a potential health hazard. Talk about a nightmare start to my healthy lifestyle!

Hmm let's see.....I immediately opened, read instructions and began to use. The spout constantly drips and is difficult to clean with the brush they provide. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THE U-JE-37 COLD PRESS JUICER!!! I had a mess on the counter as I was pouring my juice into my bottle. And yes the juice outlet was closed and still dripped and stained my counter. No one expects that to happen as it is "closed" But I have learned my lesson. I only used it that one time and refuse to go through that again. the staining in the spout was hard to clean since you are not able to remove it for proper cleaning. It just pulls out a bit while it blocks you from getting into the tube to clean it. I have asked to return it but they are refusing to allow me to do so since according to them, no one has ever complained about this before and that I should use their cleaning brush because normally there is nothing in it that can't be cleaned. And it will be troublesome to return. I explained how i have even tried with pipe cleaners and it is hard to reach the whole juice outlet. WTH!! NEVER AGAIN!! Trash juicer! Horrible customer service. Never answers their phone. You get what you pay for.

One of your employees talked to me directly and placed an order for a juicer.
After seven days of waiting, I decided to check in for an update. To my surprise, your response was that you had changed your mind about fulfilling the order.
I find this behavior highly unprofessional for several reasons:
Lack of Communication:
If I hadn’t reached out, it seems you had no intention of informing me about the change in plans. This lack of proactive communication is unacceptable.
Broken Commitment:
I relied on the word of your employee and patiently waited for the delivery. Your decision to cancel the order without any prior notice shows a disregard for your customers' trust.
Health Impact:
My child has a medical condition that requires herbal juices daily. Because of this delay and your last-minute cancellation, my child had to go without a crucial part of their diet.
Based on this experience, my first impression of your company is one of unprofessionalism and unreliability.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously
