Blankstyle.com saved me! My daughter’s club vollleyball team had a last minute tournament in Vegas and I wanted to make them hoodies. I called in directly and they helped me tremendously. Not only did they get me the right color hoodie, olive green, they made sure each size I needed was delivered on time!!! They even followed up on the order making sure it arrived on time. I will definitely be using Blankstyle.com again!

"Misleading advertising on shipping"
Their website had one of those cute little countdown timers- order within the next 7 hours and 3 minutes and get it by Wednesday.
I placed the order for an event on Friday, so perfect!
But on Tuesday I realized I haven’t received an update: “your order has shipped” email.
So I used their CS chat and the rep said “don’t worry it’s slated to ship today and should arrive tomorrow”
It’s now Thursday and still no email I talked to two different representatives from the company and had the response: the disclaimer says that was just an estimate and it’s our shippers fault... but the item wasn’t sent to the shipper yet. And it was a third party sellers fault.
When I reminded them that it was their website that had the countdown, their business partner that was the third party seller and their selection is shipping company that they blamed (for not delivering a package the day before they even received it). When I voiced my frustration that their estimate was off by literally double the response I received was (direct quote) “who cares of its a good estimate or a bad estimate? We’re arguing semantics.”

^ that’s a pretty crappy way to do business. And, for the record, the estimate was bad. By more than double so far.

"Total sh!t show"
Total sh!t show, website was having issues with bill to/ship to... spent an hour trying to rectify that, finally had them call me and confirm everything which went well. An hour later....items are out of stock.
I have used them 22 times in the past but the last 2 or 3 times have been a waste of time and money. Better and less expensive options are out there if you look.

"good prices, but shady fees"
Sure, the prices are undeniable great. The part I'm upset about is how there's "free shipping" on orders over $99. Well, they get you by breaking your orders into multiple groups that total less then $99 and charge you for shipping for each order. I just had an order with three items that were grouped into the same order. I went back to add another item and then one of my previous items (that were included in my last group) magically moved to another separate order causing me to pay two shipping fees. Definitely a bummer going in and expecting one thing and having another shady thing happen.

My first order caused a bit of frustration from items that i already ordered becoming out of stock. But the customer service made up for it and was phenomenal. Got everything worked out easily, fairly and timely. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful especially Gabe.

I SHOULD HAVE COUNTED MY ORDER AS SOON AS RECEIVED. UNFORTUNATE I DID NOT, AND JUST FOUND OUT IM MISSING 10 SHIRTS. WAS CHARGED FOR 770 BUT ONLY GOT 760 - MY ONLY ADVICE TO YOU IS: ""COUNT YOUR ORDER ASAP TO AVOID ANY MISSING ITEMS""

"I started doing business with blank…"
I started doing business with blank style almost 6 months ago. First, I put in a very large order of personalized jackets for over 300 pieces. The costumer service is very good. Robert the manager is very attentive and cares about the customer !! Since then we’ve ordered over 600 jackets from them that we’re all personalized and the quality of the embroidery is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone of my customers are impressed. I definitely use blank style fr every order that I need!

I usually don't write reviews, but this company is amazing. I have been placing large orders with them for months now. The quality control is excellent, shipping time is great, and the prices are right! If I ever have an issue and call customer service; they are the most helpful and responsive. Every single person I talk with helps solve my problem. Thanks for making one happy customer!!

"Never received items, okay customer support."
Next day shipping is not true. It's been over a week, and my shipment is still pending. After speaking with customer service, they told me they didn't have the sizes I wanted - only one size left. I was given a choice to get a refund, or have that one size shipped. I wanted the one size shipped, and no movement and no update has been given regarding it.

Customer service chat is non-existent, however, if you call you'll have more luck. Everyone is super nice and was very patient with me. Received a refund on the items that were out of stock, and will HOPEFULLY receive the other items soon. Changed from 2/5 to 3/5 stars, will update when I receive the items.

This was my first order with Blankstyle. Everything went smoothly from the quoting process and the digital mock up they provide.You will actually get to talk with someone in the art department before they start the production process which helped put me at ease. They have a fast turn around time and great customer service overall . Would highly recommend.
