Great little shop stuffed full of fibre and other spinning / weaving treasures. They're an Ashford dealer so can help you with all of your Ashford related queries, but can't really assist with any other manufacturer. Gai and her husband are lovely and friendly and very helpful. They're closed Tuesday and Sunday and sometimes other dates so if you're travelling, call to ensure that they're open. They have regular sit and spins, so take your wheel down and have a chill! One of the neighbouring units is a lovely cafe so you can grab a snack. There is plenty of parking on site and also toilets.

Always enjoy visiting the shop where I find the advice and service outstanding. I have been very happy with the Ashford products I have purchased there. The fibre is well priced and there always seems to be a good variety.
I have had spinning and weaving lessons with Gai - she is an excellent teacher and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone thinking of taking up either of these crafts.

"Kept waiting, no communication until I chased."

I placed an order for a new drive band for my wheel and fibre club. I wasn't able to choose which months fibre club but wasn't fussed as it was a surprise anyway. However, I had to wait nearly a month for my whole order so they could save postage. They didn't tell me that was what they were doing until I chased my order over a week later. They could have put the drive band in an envelope with a second class stamp and I would have had it in a couple of days, or sent me the previous months club to speed it up. I couldn't spin until I got my band and there was not communication. I won't Be recommending them.

This is such a great place, Gai and Dave have so much knowledge but the best is that they want to share it. Workshops are a true pleasure. I am totally converted to spinning after just one lesson. Don't hesitate, give it a go.
