Our canvas arrived with a small black line on it which wasn’t part of the picture. He responded super quickly and sent out another completely free of charge. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks.

Pictures frames arrived slightly damaged in transit even though they were very well packaged .I wouldn't hesitate to order again The owner was brilliant dealing with it .5 stars because it wasn't their fault and went above and beyond to sort

Excellent first time experience with The Art Group buying 12 pictures and having them all framed. Expertly handled throughout by Graeme who helped me through the ordering process as I wanted something slightly different to what was being offered. He even picked up a mistake I had made when one of the mounts was a different colour to the others. The Pictures arrived without any problems, I am yet to unpack completely and hang, as the space is not ready for them. I will certainly be using them again. Thanks to everyone involved.

This was our first dealing with The Art Group. We searched far and wide for our prints and found exactly what we wanted here. From start to finish the service and professionalism was second to none. Following a very speedy and very well packaged delivery we found a slight anomaly with the colour of one print. This was immediately dealt with and replaced without question or fuss. Very well pleased, and will have no hesitation in using them again.
