"Absolute joke of an online retailer."

Absolute joke of an online retailer.
I ordered a motorcycle helmet on the 14th June and it never arrived.
They claim to have sent it but UPS wont deliver despite me being at home all the time when a delivery was notified.
They do not answer the phone and almost never reply to e-mail enquiries.
Parcel has now been returned according to UPS.
I do not trust these people to refund me, or even correspond with me about this, so have claimed a refund on my credit card.
Be wary ----- buy somwhare else.

Item was available on the website, order confirmation received, item didn't arrive. 24 hour express delivery is offered as standard so after seven days I phoned and spoke to Brian who was very helpful and arranged a refund. Not a great experience but lesson learned.

I wanted a particular Lindstrands mesh jacket. Dealers on the internet were all quoting 13 days delivery because stock has to come from the distributor to the dealer first. I had a trip in 9 days and Brian from Motorbike clothing shop rose to the challenge, expedited the order with the distributor and used "next day by 1030" delivery to get the jacket to me on time - having kept me informed of status. Really great service and the Rexbo jacket has also exceeded expectations.
