Shelby and Brian are my go-to people for help with a computer problem; when my laptop is not acting right. Sometimes its hackers and sometimes I don't shut down correctly and they showed me how to do this. Somehow I didn't know this. Go to Microsoft icon, then go to icon the right which has options and choose Shut Down.

Amazing customer service, fast & reliable! Very helpful, professional & trustworthy. I needed help trying to get my files & pictures of my kids off of my Mac. They were able to pull everything back, put it on a new external for safe keeping. After finding out they were able to do that I just by chance asked if they may be able to snag anything off of an old phone. I did not have any hope. I left the phone an went to do some shopping. I got a call from the tech that she was able to get most of my pictures off! I was so excited! I will forever use them.
