Over the phone, I was guided through all of the steps to gain a quote for the campervan. The quote was more than reasonable.

Enquiry dealt with quickly and efficiently. This was not a standard enquiry that could completed online. The questions were clearly posed and explained where necessary. Two minor points for improvement: I was told I would be contacted when the quote was ready, it wasn't clear to me that that contact would be by mail (I expected a call)> Secondly, there is an awful lot of information given before you can get in contact with any of the staff. A lot of this information is not relevant or useful, especially when it all gets repeated when you call again.
