"Need help"

The response was prompt, I received the mail as soon I completed the payment. I was able to access the Office 365 apps online, but when I try to download the applications, i was able to download office 2019.

When I follow the download instructions, it downloads Office 2019 and even when I type in the user name and password - the product id is a bunch of zeros and the license says - not activated.
