Excellent customer service and prompt delivery.
My order arrived and there were a couple of items that did not match what I had requested. After contacting the customer service team this was quickly resolved and they replaced the items free of charge.

Not only did he give me excellent directions on how to find the branch at the telephone he was able to source just the part I needed to repair my garden chair. Fixings really did come up trumps for me as I had tried two other local stores without success only needing to make a small purchase instead of buying in bulk which was great

My order was received quickly and the product was used immediately. I was happy to find it on sale online. Some years ago it was possible to purchase it over the counter from many businesses. This doesn't seem to be so now. This product does exactly what it says on the tin.
