"Very disappointed "

I bought a perfume (via Amazon) from Fragrance Hub,5 days ago. The perfume should be arriving on Wednesday 26 th July,by Royal Mail.
The seller has been provided me the tracking number for this parcel and let me know that my item has been despatched and the carrier picked up the parcel. The parcel never arrived,they have been cancelled my order and told me that Royal Mail lost my parcel. By the other hand, Royal Mail's site looks like they are still waiting to get my parcell,that means they didn't receive the parcel from Fragrance Hub.
I told them I don't want my money back, I want my item,but they cancelled my order.
Don't buy from them.😡😡😡

I purchased from Fragrance Hub for the first time for a aftershave for my son. It was a great price from all other retails I had seen. Unfortunately when it was delivered the aftershave had smashed on the way. I emailed the support team and had a phone call within a couple of days. They were very apologetic and accommodating in replacing my order. In the next couple of days my replacement was delivered perfectly even had an email from them asking if I had received it. Would definitely use again 👍
