I was looking for thin stone cladding, most tile stores in Dublin and Louth dont have the particular style I wanted so I checked on Donedeal, I saw comfortline ad, I called and spoke Henric, he was very polite and helpful on the phone, that alone encouraged me to visit his store despite the distance from my home. He answered all my questions and I made a purchase. My wife was also interested in his electric fire and we came back to his store as a repeat customer to buy electric fire, I trust what he says and he provided good customer service even when I needed help with installation. He has genuine interest in his customers.
