"Unreliable and unresponsive"

Unreliable. A few simple jobs took over 3 months to complete. Sam promised to come back on several dates but never showed up. Phone calls and texts were ignored for weeks. Had to
threaten with legal action to get the job completed. It's a shame because I cannot fault the quality of the work done but if you want a hassle free installation then this company is not the one to use.
