"I joined the SDF team on 24thof march"

I joined the SDF team on 24th March, and it’s been a month now. I’ve lost 3.9 kg in this one month, and I’m very happy with my experience. A special thanks to Bhavini ma’am because this has been possible due to her diet plan and efforts. She even searched and sent us recipes, and she replies to everyone’s msgs without fail-this is very impressive to me.she is so humble. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience.thanks

"I saw Mr.Sumit Dubey"

I saw Mr. Sumit Dubey fitness videos on Instagram. And attendance his introductory session where got convinced that they are providing what I am searching for. I had delivered baby 7 months back and doctor had suggested me to start with weight loss regime .but I was not sure to start it and what to do. And I got my answer in Mr. Sumit’s session. Also his 3 months plant was within my budget so I joined.and was Alloted in Watsapp group . Where I got my angle nutritionist BHAVINI who is constantly guiding us with how to eat food in right way with out starving and yet loosing weight .. I m loving it .after 13 days I have lost 2.1 kgs and more over I have over come faltu cravings.I don’t feel like eating samosa ,vada and my fav ice cream even if kept infront of me .. for so so many years I was not knowing that we should include protein,carbs and fibre to loose weight. This weight loss is only with good control I have not stated with exercise yet . Wish I could have done their exercise session also daily I could have lost more weight…which I m starting from tomorrow itself..
More power to you team Sumit Dubey and special thanks to Bhavini ❤️❤️❤️

I've had an excellent experience with the SDF team. Due to my husband's transferable job and frequent travel, I've struggled to find a well-rounded fitness program that combines yoga, cardio, strength training, and, most importantly, expert diet and nutritional guidance.
With the SDF team, I found a supportive, health-focused community that offers a comprehensive fitness package. Their approach kept me motivated and consistent on my fitness journey. Over time, I successfully reduced belly fat and built muscle in my upper arms, all thanks to their balanced regimen and guidance.Even when I couldn't attend sessions, I continued following the diet tips provided by nutritionist Bhavini. Remarkably, I was still able to lose weight and reduce belly fat, proving just how effective her guidance has been.

"Fat loss/ weight loss"

I have seen lots of strength positivity in me after the workout and the diet plan is also simple to fallow. I also tried dieting previous that was a task to do but sumit sir plan for workout and diet is amazing i reduced 2 kg in just 18 days

"Lost 4.5 kg in a month"

I joined SDF a month ago, and I’ve already lost 4.6 kg. I’m very happy with the progress, and all the credit goes to the SDF team, which includes our trainers (Soniya, Jyoti, and Varun) and our nutritionist, Vartika, who keeps track of what we eat daily and how many calories we should be consuming. I’m really happy with the results and will continue working towards achieving my goals.

"I would thoroughly recommend SDF to all…"

I would thoroughly recommend SDF to all those who are planning their weight loss journey. It is one platform where you can workout from the comfort of your home, choose your workout time accordingly to your routine. Bhavini was constantly there whenever I needed her help to monitor my diet. All the instructors are good and have their own Forte. I discovered my love for yoga here. I have lost 8.5 kgs in 3 months with hypothyroidism and continue to workout with SDF for another year. My target is loosing 20 kgs. I am hopeful I can achieve it.the biggest achievement in the last 3months is a positive and healthy food and workout habit.. I took bites of my fav foods here and there but I knew where to stop and the portion size. Thankful to the team and hope to achieve more with you guys.

"i would recommend Sumit Dubey fitness…"

i would recommend Sumit Dubey fitness classes to all those women who are busy moms or workinf and finding it difficult to take out time to work out .. my personal experience with these classes have been amazing not only did i loose 7 kgs of weight in a period of 40 days but also got my glowing skin and fuller hair back .
my dietician was Mrs. Heer ,, and trust me on this .. she will always be there to motivate you and push you through all the food cravings .. she will make you love the food that u eat .
if i talk about the workouts .. there are not 1 or 2 but 10 sessions through out the day and this makes it easy to not miss classes . All the trainers are amazing , well versed and helpful .
Weekend batches are not to be missed cuz they have zumba , aerobics etc on saturday / sunday .
All in all if you want to feel good , feel confident , fit into u old clothes or stay healthy these are the best best classes for you ..
don’t think and join now..
thankyou so uch Sumit sir for this wonderful initiative , you are not helping us loose weight but you building confidence , self-love and care .

"Great Fitness Program!!"

Hello i am Seema from USA. Its been a month i am attending workout classes with SDF team. And i would say this is the best fitness classes i have found so far specially for mothers 🙏 Being in USA there is a time difference and being a mother of 2 kids it wasn’t possible for me to attend any specific time class but here i see so much flexibility and so many workout sessions that i could join whenever i am available through out the day. I am so thankful that i am a part of this fitness program. And also i would like to appreciate the Energetic Trainers and and also my Dietitian Anita Ma’am i am so thankful of her she always encourage me to eat healthy food. Its been 1 months and i have lost 2.5 kgs. I am enjoying all the exercise sessions it keeps me energetic whole day. This program taught me “Selfcare is not selfish”. I started taking out 1 hrs for myself after joing this program. My all thanks to SDF Team.

I started my journey here with a little bit of doubt thinking that like others this company also making some false impressions to the customers. But all my thoughts were wrong . Every individual like my nutritionist's personalised diet plan , here hour to hour monitoring on our diet and weight loss journey , special work out classes made my days special . I would like continue the journey until my target . I think this will be achieved soon. Thanks for your support.
