I have been a regular customer of Nemesis Now for many years. In all that time I have found their service to be excellent, and the standard of help from staff to be top notch. In all this time there has only been one niggling concern, which I have constantly mentioned, but has not been addressed. I am sure I am not only in this concern, and I am sure attention to it would enhance the experience of all customers.
When a new item is being released you afford customers the opportunity to pre order, (which I do on a regular basis). Unfortunately when these goods come into stock you do not send them automatically unless the order reaches a certain monetary level. This is fair enough, but you do not message the customer to tell them pre ordered items are now in stock.
As a busy retailer I do not have the time to constantly check your website to check on the progress of such items. There have been times I have placed pre orders and then only found out the items are in stock when I notice someone else selling them !!!
The whole purpose of placing a pre order is so you will get stock as soon as it arrives. There is always a wave of purchases for a new product, and as a retailer I need to catch this. If I place a pre order, and then get the item days later you have to ask what is the purpose of placing such an order.
It must be possible these days to register pre orders, and then inform the customer when that item is due to arrive. That would be a proper pre order service, and would be greatly appreciated.
