I recently purchased a BBQ that appeared to be in stock, only to have the store initiate a return process citing inventory discrepancies. Later, when I saw it back in stock, I decided to double-check with the sales team to ensure its availability. Their response? 'It might be wrong; if you buy it, we'll start the return process.' It begs the question: why show it as in stock if it's going to cause inconvenience and uncertainty for customers? It's just absurd.
