The order and shipping went well. Alas, one does not get free returns, unlike with German online shops. (btw I often noticed that with companies operating from the Netherlands, where consumer rights are generally weaker and also less legally protected than in Germany or France.) The lack of free returns, and the rather expensive cost of doing a return from Germany to the NL, means that I reluctantly kept all items I bought, including one item that I find too big and rather badly fitting (unlike the other items). That's a pity and means I won't purchase again directly from this store. But despite this, the online store is reliable and the products are mostly good (though quite overpriced, even after sales ;-).
