As I only had a very basic knowledge of how pensions worked, I really appreciated the time taken by Adam (Kemp) to explain the process to me. I requested that he use layman’s terms so that I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed by industry jargon, allowing me to understand the reasons behind his recommendations.
Adam continually checked that I was happy with his explanations, so much so that I was confident to proceed in this instance, with annual reviews to be had in the further.

Had we had listened to the other advisor we would have pulled out of the house sale.
