I was extremely anxious about handing my BLH Pryia over, Jessica was amazing and explained everything. Pryia was anxious to begin with but Jessica allowed her the time to explore the salon and was really friendly, by the end pryia was completely relaxed. There was a whole pryia sized pile of fluffy by the end, which I'm glad is now not going to be left around my house!

I have been using Jessica for about a year now to conduct regular grooms on my long haired calico cat, who is a bit spicy (to say the least!). I cannot fault the job that Jessica does - she is incredibly thorough and really takes her time with the session. She has a lovely nature too and you can really tell that she is a cat lover. I would really recommend her to anyone, as the ease of her coming to your house really takes some of the stress out of it, and my kitty, Belle always comes out looking spick and span :)

Crunchie thoroughly enjoyed her pampering session recently! As an older cat with arthritis, she finds it difficult to clean herself as thoroughly as she once did and as a result had a fair few matts which I needed help getting sorted. She came back silky smooth with not a matt in sight. Jessica also provided me with some good advice for how I can help keep on top of Crunchie’s coat in future. Would definitely recommend this highly convenient and thorough service to anyone in need.
