I call the 5th May BEFORE buying a Groupon deal to know when I could get an apointment. They said next week but that they first need me to buy and send them by email the proof of my purchase and will call me back at that moment. I do as told but don't get any call back.

I call them the next day they apologize and say that they don't have the nurse's schedule and will recontact me as soon as possible.

Five days forward, still no news, I call them, same reply.

I call once again today 14th of May and am first told that they won't have any availabiliy until June. (When I first called I was assured I could book for the week of the 8th of May). They can't even book me for June because, as every single time I called, "they don't have the nurse's schedule".

She is extremely attentive to your needs and listens to you when you have concerns or if you are experiencing pain etc. I was so satisfied with the job she did I think I'm going to come back and get my face lasered. Overall Great customer service and great results!

She knew exactly how to assess me and I felt like it was completely normal. I was totally at ease and I'm delighted with the result. She has changed my life for the better.

Why are these people so wicked. I cancelled my package 4 months ago and up untill now I haven’t received my refund and am also being charged monthly by easy financing for the money I didn’t even use after I asked them to cancel my application. New you spa professionalism is very poor. They hang up on anytime I call. Up untill today have been sending their customers service emails and not even a single reply yet. Kindly be in my shoes and refund my money back to me and refund the loan back to easy financing because I didn’t use it so I don’t know why am being charged. I contacted easy financing and they said New you spa haven’t made any application for any refund to them. New you spa please please kindly refund my money to me and easy financing as well.
