I did a lot of research and your program stood out the most, you offer so many tools and support besides the course. I had questions before I signed up and you responded right away. You and your fellow yogis made my process easy. My daughter will take your 300hr course when she completes her 200hr from another school. I will also continue my education with you as well.

"Perfect for remote learning."

Classes were very well designed for the online platform. I was able to understand the assignments in a simple and easy manner which helped in steadily finishing the tasks, assingments in a very organized manner. I wish there were more videos of other teachers or former students doing class sequences and tutorials of modifications, but I appreciate the reading assignments and materials related to these topics. I highly recommend this online yoga school and hope to continue my journey with this school.

"My experience with the prenatal online course"

As a 200 hr RYT, I have always wanted to learn more and had been asked often about about pre/ postnatal yoga. When I got pregnant myself, I realised the lack of this resource and knew I needed to jump in this program for myself and for others. I was nervous to do an online course, but was very please with the opportunity to work at my own pace, and how each of the modules covered so much good and useful information, even beyond pre/ postnatal. I am so excited to add this to my services, and I am grateful to have experienced this course through my own pregnancy and hope that I can help others through their pregnancy journey as well.

"Genuine and warm Yoga Teacher Training"

If you would like a genuine, warm Yoga Teacher Training, this is for you. The instructors welcome you both to their homes, and to their studio. The course is really extensive, and well worth the money. Even though I personally dabbled with yoga for several years, I consider this being a transformational journey, and I actually had to digest the experience for a couple of weeks before writing this review.

"Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training - Loved this!"

I looked at several different online prenatal programs before choosing this one. It is affordable and very easy to dive right in and get to work. The content went over yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, business of yoga, and so much more. Online Yoga School even offers weekly Zoom sessions and a really supportive Facebook group to interact with other students.

I loved the flexibility of this course. There were several video assignments, which made me nervous, but the Steph made it clear that this course was not about being Youtube Perfect, but it was about demonstrating our understanding of the material. The whole team at OYS is abundantly accepting and positive. I was honestly a little sad when I turned in my last assignment!

I highly recommend this online RPYT course for anyone seeking a solid understanding of prenatal yoga. The information about meditation and pranayama would be excellent for birth doulas and childbirth educators to share with the families that they serve, as well.

If you're hoping to register as an RPYT with Yoga Alliance, Online Yoga School is a wonderful choice. You will have to work for it, but you'll enjoy it every step of the way.
