OK so this is another update. My registration issue has been handled and gettacar is paying for the missing usb port in the car. So for that kind of customer I will return. My review back up to 4 stars because I really do love the car and they were helpful after posting my concerns and frustrations.
This is a review update. So my experience at first was wonderful. Fast forward to 2 months later. I had to ask for all my paperwork to be emailed to me including the bill of sale more than once. I didn't receive until a month and a half after purchase. My temp tags expired tomorrow and called the dmv to check the status of my registration. To my surprise the dmv says they don't have anything in their system currently with my Vin number. Call the company to figure out what the problem is. They had me on hold for about 10 minutes and claimed that they sent the paperwork by couldn't give me the tracking number even though the dmv says if they sent it one would have been issued. Then they tell me they can't send me a new set of temporary tags. So I'm supposed to go out of town tomorrow with almost expired tags to the great state of NY where they love to issue tickets and carry around paperwork with me. That was their solution, just have all my paperwork with me. I'm extremely irritated. Then as I'm trying to update software in my car I realize the USB drive utilize the rear DVD system is completely missing like it was stripped out and this info was not disclosed. The 5 recalls on the van I feel like should have been taken care of before putting it up for sale. I love my man but I shouldn't have to deal with this many problems after purchase. Think I'll try carvana next time.
