Had to change my review as the company offers to pay people for their 5 star reviews and then does not follow through with the payment.
I had a boiler replaced, they drilled a hole through the external wall for one of the pipes (inside to outside direction) and this has caused a portion of render to come off. Also, caused a small leak of water when replacing boiler and this has caused a water stain on the ceiling downstairs.

Amazing and great service from gas fast, engineer arrived on time, calling before he would come, very friendly and quick, answered are questions and queries about radiatiors. Will always use them never had any problems. Thank you very much!

Have purchased a boiler off gas fast and they had to move the boiler. They have changed the flow of the water so left with no heating going upstairs and was never going to. I have to now pay £2700 on top of the 6k for extra pipe work to get the whole system working
Shocking company not helpful their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Never ever wanted to help

I am not the tenant i am the owner and had to work away but I was told by an independent engineer that the boiler would never have worked from day one so just fix it!!!! My house is freezing!!!!
