Specifically I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 which was advertised as being dual sim. That supplied was the single sim model. It turns out that many of the offers on the website were dual sim but this was incorrect in the majority of cases. I could not bring myself to have the obvious argument regarding condition. The phone was supplied grade A 'as new', but it wasn't, although I had no way to prove. I suggest just check thoroughly whatever you order immediately upon receipt.
