"Don't believe the 1-month trial lie!"

Told me I could sign up for a 1-month free trial with no obligation or penalty to cancel. Promptly received a letter in the mail showing the details of 48-month lease worth over $2150 with no way to cancel. Wouldn't be so bad if they actually gave the rates they promised; I signed up because I was lead to believe that I could save money with them. Turns out their 1.4% they promised turns into roughly 2.9% when all the hidden fees are added in, and that does not include monthly fees, terminal rental and PCS compliance fees. I am spending almost twice as much to work with these people as I was with Moneris.

Not only that, but I finally got through to a supervisor, who said he would review my case and be back to me within 2 business days. It's now been almost a full month, and he is not responding to my voicemails. Sounds very much like a company who will tell you anything to get you to sign up, then just forget you exist while collecting your money. If there was a way to cancel (which they told me afterwards they would allow me to do), then I would be out in a second.

I switched over to eswipe two weeks ago and they still haven’t fixed my tip option on my terminal! I’ve called them several times and they haven’t gotten back to me! I have lost 100’s of dollars a day without having my tip option!! If I don’t hear from them by Monday I’m switching back to my old provider
Update: on Monday they fixed my tip option but have not as yet reimbursed me for lost tip revenue as they promised.
New surprise : the rental on my other machine ( which was identical to this new machine) was $24.00 plus hst... I just received my first statement and rental is $45.00 plus fees and taxes and plus $4.50 per month insurance!!! I’m feeling scammed!!
The only difference from old statement to new one is 1.45 to 1.44 %

I was led to believe it was a fixed price for use, only to be told after there were extra fees (not the debit fees)
Also was led to believe the machine was free for an allotted amount of time but found a withdrawal the week I got it started...which cost me extra money for NSF.. I would never refer eswipe to other merchants.

Machine does not work most of the time. We have all portable units and most of the time they do not work. I know we are just an up and coming business but because the units are not 100%efficient we both loose business
