We have recently had fitted a bedroom window and a front door, both excellent products and both expertly fitted by Phil and Jordan, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, I would definitely ask for these guys to fit our future windows. They are a credit to 3D windows, thank you very much.

"Wasted my time and were rude"

Emailed asking if they deal with aluminium windows-they replied Yes. Someone came for quote. He was late, no apology. I asked for a quote for aluminium (sash and casement) and wooden casement. I found him to be extremely rude, smirking/laughing when I suggested these-commenting 'you realise aluminium is expensive' -but he didn't say there was a problem and measured everything. He said quote would be about a week. Over 3 weeks later hadn't heard, I emailed, no reply after a week, so I called, over another week later I was called back -they can't source sash- that's ok, but won't quote for wood or aluminium casement as they don't do this - why say you do aluminium casement, measure my house and then weeks later say you don't? I feel they didn't take me seriously.

Had all of my windows replaced by this company in stages, and just had the last 2 fitted. Dealt with various people in the office and different lads fitting, all polite and helpful. Very happy with the work. Saving for a conservatory next, and will definitely be in touch nearer the time.Thanks all.

Had roof done on my carport and dry verge to the house apex. The workman worked tirelessly in cold and wet to get the job completed quickly before other tradesman were due. Left everything very tidy. A great price too.

This company recently knocked on my mother’s door uninvited and they used high pressure selling to a 90 year old lady, they persuaded her that her front door was insecure and was likely going to be broken into while she sleeps. shame on you, would recommend avoiding at all costs.

"We asked 3D Windows to replace our…"

We asked 3D Windows to replace our 1930s lovely (but very draughty) large bay windows among others for double glazed ones. It has taken us years to make this decision, as the original windows were black and white, in keeping with the style of house, and we thought we would have to lose that if we invested in double glazing. So we shivered on.
Our daughter had new windows from this firm, and was very impressed by them, so we decided, with trepidation, that we should perhaps talk to them. Richard came to see us, and we at once felt that he understood our attachment to the “look” of the existing windows, and that he would reproduce the look to the very best of his ability in the new windows. We felt immediately that we could put our trust in him, and we have not been in any way disappointed. Indeed, we are delighted with the result. And warm. Even the window cleaner, unprompted, congratulated us on the quality of the windows, and the way they have retained the character of the house. He was remarkably happy!
The work was carried out meticulously and with great professionalism by the men who came to do the job. They clearly were experts in their field who took great pride in doing the work to the highest standard.
Richard came back to check that we were satisfied with the work, and out of interest to see a slightly unusual set of black and white windows, so beautifully done that there is very little difference between them and the originals. Had it not been for Covid, I may well have felt the urge to fling my arms around him and kiss him in my gratitude. So at least he has one reason to be grateful to Covid.
We unreservedly recommend this company, and are looking forward to a cosy winter minus rugs, just nipping outside occasionally to admire our beautiful windows... Thank you, Richard and co. at 3D Windows, Hereford

Got in contact via email after receiving a flier through the door. The following day a return phone call had been arranged which led to a quote the very same evening!

Just over 2 weeks later and the new patio door is fitted and looking amazing! Old door removed and taken away couldn't ask for anything more!
