I collected the car from Gerry who facilitated a smooth transfer from my own car to the new model.

It was great dealing with Dan in the Limerick branch. He did as much as possible to get me a good deal with a great car. We came back to Hertz after we bought from them in 2021. And I know we'll return in a couple of years because of the options and service.

I purchased a Skoda Octavia Hybrid. I dealt with Gerry who was excellent and very helpful and accommodating as I couldn't view the car for over a week after I putbthe deposit down and couldn't collect it for a week after we agreed price etc. when I went to collect the car Gerry had all the paperwork ready. Car was ready to go fully charged and I was in and out with my new car. Cant say enough about my experience and also I must mention Sean who looked after me when Gerry wasn't available.

Now I'm a Hertz Gold member, I find that their service has just gotten a lot more useful for me, with the ability to get the car even faster. I do like getting the car information the night before, this was handy so I could give it to my hotel for my parking space, in advance. I use Hertz 3-5 times a year, and I feel like it's up there with as painless as it can be when it comes to car rental.
