"Very disappointed"

Rude, impersonal driver. We booked a Rolls Royce for our wedding, the driver was more concerned that we 'only had an hour booked' than giving us a positive memorable experience.
It was raining and he couldn't be bothered to provide either bride with an umbrella and only did so begrudgingly when asked.
Bottle of drink was dumped on the back seat with no glasses. The inside of the Car was worn and tired- nothing like the pictures.
Very disappointing experience.

I used this company. At first I was a little hesitant to contact them as I was from a different city so thought it would be easier (and cheaper) to hire locally. I was wrong! Not only were the prices very competitive but they had a huge variety! I actually saw the limo's I used rather then going though a company would would take a middle man cut! Great service, great price, great cars and a great selection! Thanks for the work!

Car turned up Nd my heart skipped a beat, car was huge, very clean and professional, inside was amazing, we had our own little disco and champaign, our driver was an amazing person he loved to chat to us and made us all very welcome in the car, he loved to help taking all the photos of our night, he was our perfect driver, also the cost of our car was very fair, loved every min of our night, thankyou and I'll be back in November for the mini xxx

My friend and I got Sanjay to take us to the airport in the Bentley limo, we was very impressed, we got a couple of bottles of bubbly, the limo looked great, the sound system was great, Sanjay was nice and he got us to the airport in time for our flight. Booking the Bentley through Sanj was so easy - he was friendly, helpful and I could t believe the value of the service, especially since we needed the car in Essex and London. Our driver Norman was there waiting for me in good time and was still there patiently waiting when I was 20 minutes late! Norman was a fantastic driver - friendly, professional and so helpful and kind. Thank you both for making a big part of our day so special!

What can i say, we hired 2 limos for a trip to the races, drivers stayed with us all day and nothing was too much trouble.
