The case was crafted in exact accordance with the brief, and delivered in a timely way as promised. Communications were easy and excellent throughout, and the case is of high quality and does the job perfectly.

I bought a small satchel in mid-tan Latigo leather with custom pocket and it is absolutely stunning. I fully expect this bag to last me the rest of my lifetime if I care for it properly. Henry was easy to contact regarding my order and made recommendations based on my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Before Christmas, I treated myself to a tan coloured Knapsack to match my DM tan boots.
I ordered the Knapsack in early October 2019 after choosing the leather from the swatch of sample hides Henry sent me. The Knapsack arrived in early October and as soon as I opened the package I was overwhelmed by the supple, soft and silky feel of the leather. The Knapsack fits close to my back and even when walking round The National Gallery recently, I felt no need to remove it and hold it in front of me: my purse and keys were tucked away in the pocket in the lining of the main bag, with that zip tucked right down my spine - very safe.
As soon as funds allow, I’ll be sending for another swatch of sample leathers.

Henry is an amazing craftsman whose workmanship is very skilful. He custom made the most beautiful satchel for our son's birthday. Henry allowed us to choose the leather and to customise the size and configuration of the interior compartments.
