And the customer service is so good too. Bri knows bottles inside and out and has answered every question I’ve had. Their website works on mobile too, so I can easily order using my iPhone and iPad!

After using a few other suppliers for my packaging needs for my Bath & Body Products, I found Packaging Option Direct. They carry all of my packaging needs for Jars, Bottles and Closures, for the right price and shipping cost that are hard to beat keeping my cost down.

They are short on accessories, such as disc and shrink wrap bands, but they are adding them in and getting there!

And the most important aspect is the customer service. I have been in CS for more than 20 years. Bri is hands down the wheel that makes this company one I will stick with. A problem, is no problem when Bri gets on it. I only had a few little issues and she expediently took care of them with no hassle! I wish all my vendors were as prompt and courteous. Bottom line, I know I am going to get what I ordered without waiting weeks, the order will be right and the price is right. I shop prices constantly to make sure I am getting the best deal I can, I keep coming back!
