I had a slow draining toilet and when using the washing machine the drain started to overflow. I called centra drain and Paul came out the same day to assess the problem. Oh my word! all I can say is how fantastic he was. To cut a long story short he overcame a few issues we had with a smile and a promise to fix it. Paul managed to clear the blockage with jets. He kept me informed throughout the whole process,even showing me things on the camera. All in all I can't fault the excellent service I had. I would highly recommend this fantastic company to anyone. Really pleased with the drainage inspection service provided by Centra Drains. Having suffered an interior drain blockage (resulting in a shower overflowing), I discovered Centra Drains covered my area so arranged for a CCTV drainage inspection and assessment.

The team arrived on time (having kept me informed me via an SMS message) as to their estimated arrival.

One CCTV assessment later and they were able to provide me with a clear view of some serious limescale buildup at the point between the interior shower waste pipe and the main soil stack.

Very happy with the overall service and happy to recommend both Paul and Lee for their attention to detail and expertise.
