Shadia in the Putney branch is always superb and despite being at the end of a very long day for her, she still managed a smile behind the mask while tackling my post lockdown hair. Great job as usual. Delighted Crew are back.

From start to finish I was impressed. Opening up for the first time after 3 months of lockdown is not only daunting for the business but also for the customer.

When I arrived for my appointment on the 4th of July I was met with two helpful people on the front desk who talked me through the PPE I would need to wear. I was then given a squirt of hand sanitizer, a face mask and a face visor. All free of charge and I was able to take home or being for my next appointment perhaps.

The team was wonderful, the patrons where clearly understanding the temporary seating area outside under the cover of the canopy and all in all what I thought could be a stressful experience was as relaxing as it usually was pre-lockdown at Crew Experience.

I cannot praise enough the levels of care and attention that had obviously been out in place and I would absolutely recommend this barber for anyone who is worried about the new normal and to anyone who wants a top haircut.

Really bad customer service. Crew change my appointment without my confirmation. I lost one hour because of their fault. They did not offer any explanations nor any solutions.

I booked an appointment with you at Putney church sq. I went there and wasn’t the Van. So I called to ask if there is any problem because I get your email confirmation and a text message. The person who pick up the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Non sense about customer service. Never again. I’m very disappointed.
