"One of the worst estate agents I have…"

One of the worst estate agents I have had to deal with, the manager, Benjamin, does not have any ounce of respect left in him. Introduced by another estate agent we have used before, this person does not respond to calls, every time we call his office to look for him, the receptionist does not know or has been told by him not to respond. We used their services for my property to look for new tenants as well as to manage, when we got our property back, it was left in a damaged and un-rentable state, not even the deposit could cover the problems.

Since we paid the management fee, he has not visited the property to look. How do we know? A huge pile of letters, particularly from HMRC with names that we did not even know, Benjamin does not check references and get any tenants that pay their rent. Sure that is fine if the tenants pay their rent on time, but the aftermath is the problem. Our property has been destroyed, locks have been changed WITHOUT us knowing and white goods stolen, so we had to get the police involved. If these previous tenants do not care about their deposit, that means something is definitely strange with the tenants that Benjamin has rented out to.

To all those who are reading this review, please DO NOT use their services, the amount of disrespect they had against us and the money wasted on them is unfathomable, save your peace of mind and money elsewhere. Liberty Estate Agents does not deserve this at all.
