The service I received via Steve - the film star on the video's - was beyond excellent. He and I emailed each other many times and he answered my queries and gave me advice on what suited my needs. I am the first in the UK to receive the new rigid Etrike and also the first to take advantage of Alpine's interest free credit. This was hassle free and the bigger Etrike fits my 6ft 3 inch height.Thanks Steve
