Thank you sunslifestyle for our pergola. It looks fantastic. We had a tricky, large patio area to fix the pergola to with doors and windows to manoeuvre around but Christian and Brent were so helpful giving advise and making suggestions. They were very polite and helpful, super efficient service and cleaned up before leaving. The product is amazing and the service too!

We first viewed the gazebos in the showroom at the end of last summer and placed our order on Black Friday as there was a good offer including free installation. Wasn’t really expecting to hear anything from them regarding delivery until well into the new year so were pleasantly surprised to receive a call the week before Christmas to advise us that they had it in the warehouse and wanted to arrange a date for fitting. They were accommodating to our work commitments and needing to have a little bit of notice to arrange a convenient day and time which is refreshing these days.
We received a text message the evening before our installation date which was really helpful confirming an approximate time of arrival - this was on a Sunday evening so very impressed with that.
On the day, Glen and Marc arrived at the time they’d given us and did an excellent job of erecting the gazebo on our patio, unless you are a real DIY enthusiast, definitely go for having it professionally installed.
We have the Maranza model and we are really looking forward to making a really nice outdoor living area under it in the summer! Thanks guys!

Wow! I just love the product and the company! Before ordering I had so many questions and every single question that I had was answered in great detail, they really are pergola experts! And the guys who installed were fab and built the entire pergola in half a day! We are so pleased with the product as it has given us a lovely outdoor area for a great price. Ordered 3.6m x 6.0 m Gazebo Louvred Shuddered Roof System with Deluxe Screen & could not be happier.
Product arrived in perfect condition exactly as stated at point of order . Also the installation team were very professional & tidy.
I would definitely recommend this product which looks very good quality & is very good value.

We ordered a Gazebo and my contractor prepared the site according to the company's instructions. When the company arrived they refused to fit the gazebo claiming that the site wasn't ready when it was. There was no mention of further charges. They are now demanding that i pay a further £400 to install. I would avoid Suns as the charges are likely to be far higher than what you have been quoted.
